With a robust career spanning over 15 years within the multifaceted real estate industry, Brad offers a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and strategic investment principles. His specialized expertise lies in the nuanced realm of 1031 exchanges, where he has dedicated more than 7 years to providing clients with unparalleled guidance and support.
Brad’s commitment extends beyond mere transaction facilitation; he prioritizes comprehensive education and training, empowering clients to navigate the complexities of 1031 exchanges with confidence. This includes in-depth analysis of eligible properties, meticulous adherence to IRS regulations, and strategic planning to optimize tax deferral and investment growth.
Leveraging his extensive background in real estate training and program development, Brad delivers clear, concise, and actionable insights, ensuring clients are well-informed at every stage of the exchange process. His proven ability to develop and implement effective educational frameworks translates directly to successful 1031 exchange outcomes, enabling clients to achieve their long-term financial objectives through strategic real estate investment.
Attorney Francis M. DiSanti is the Director of CATIC Exchange and works out of the Hartford, Connecticut office. Prior to that, he served as CATIC Title Counsel for five years in Massachusetts. Before joining CATIC, he had a law practice in West Springfield, Massachusetts with the DiSanti Law Offices for eighteen (18) years. His areas of practice included residential/commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, probate of estates/guardianships, corporate/limited liability company matters, personal injury, litigation, and adoptions.
Attorney DiSanti obtained his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School (cum laude) and his Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University (magna cum laude). He is a past President of the Chicopee Bar Association, and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Hampden County Bar Association.
Anthony Lombardi currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for CATIC, where he handles corporate legal matters for the organization. Anthony also oversees CATIC's Commercial Services office and CATIC’s Claims Department. Prior to joining CATIC, he was in private practice in Brookline, MA, where he focused on commercial and residential real estate development and conveyancing, as well as zoning and land use litigation. Anthony received his B.A. from the University of Connecticut and a J.D. from New England School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Anthony sits on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Italian-American Bar Association and serves as its treasurer. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Wolcott (CT) Circle of Sports organization, and is an elected Zoning Board of Appeals member in his hometown of Wolcott, CT.
Nicole Pratt is CATIC's VP and National Sales Manger. Nicole has worked in the title industry for nearly 20 years and her passion and dedication as a leader have exemplified her commitment to CATIC. She attended Franklin & Marshall College where she received her BA in history and psychology, and then attended the New England School of Law, graduating in 2001.
Kim Rymarzick is Senior Exchange Coordinator with CATIC Exchange, LLC. She has worked at CATIC Exchange for six (6) years and is currently responsible for the preparation of exchange documents; coordination with the various parties to an exchange; wire verification and funding; and ultimately facilitating the process to ensure a successful exchange. Prior to joining CATIC Exchange, Kim worked in other sectors of the title industry, and has worked in the 1031 exchange field for over 10 years.
Megan Orzino is Exchange Coordinator with CATIC Exchange, LLC. She is currently responsible for the preparation of exchange documents; coordination with the various parties to an exchange; wire verification and funding. Prior to joining CATIC Exchange, Megan worked as a paralegal in the real estate industry for over 15 years.
